We are looking for a highly organized Part-Time Administrative Virtual Assistant to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who values being a strong support partner and enjoys helping keep things organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and organizational support
* Order samples and coordinate with suppliers
* Manage schedules and basic coordination tasks
* Assist with creating simple infographics and charts using provided templates (training and Loom videos will be provided)
* Support various ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a supporting role and committed to the position long term
* Willing to learn and be trained; open to guidance and feedback
* **Ability to read CAD drawings (Architecture or Interior Design background is preferred)**
* Strong communication skills

PART TIME : 20 HRS per Week
RATE : $450 - $560 per Month
